Mr. Munnu Ram Tharu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (B.A.) and brings with him over eight years of experience in the field of social service and community development. His work spans across various sectors, including:
- Agriculture Development (4 years)
- Environmental Conservation and Climate Projects (2 years)
- Health and Sanitation
- Education and Child Development
Mr. Tharu has served in multiple roles such as Field Facilitator under the Literacy Programme (School Library Support Programme), Behavior Change & Communication (BCC) Assistant, and Teacher in a government school.

Mr. Tharu is a skilled trainer and facilitator, with significant experience in conducting training on:
