  • Organize and support organizational assessments (OA) and conduct SWOT analyses.
  • Lead the development and periodic review of the organization’s five-year strategic plan.
  • Develop and update key organizational policies, including administrative, financial, programmatic guidelines, and resource mobilization strategies.
  • Lead fundraising efforts through proposal development, donor coordination, and relationship-building with national and international donors.

  • Prepare organizational and program budgets, and develop financial reports.
  • Manage internal and program funds, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Support program planning and implementation in alignment with the approved work plan.
  • Assist in conducting annual audits for both organizational and program finances.
  • Participate in advocacy and campaign initiatives.
